Engagement Terms
These terms govern all recruitment, staffing, and advisory engagements delivered by GA Talent Hunt Pvt. Ltd. to clients and candidates across India. By working with us you acknowledge compliance with the Indian Contract Act, Information Technology Act, labour codes, and any other regulations relevant to workforce acquisition.
Our team maintains transparent processes, audited talent pools, and information security controls suited for enterprise hiring. Clients are encouraged to review the clauses below before sharing requirements or candidate information.
Scope of Services
Recruitment Solutions
Executive search, permanent hiring, project-based staffing, and campus recruitment assignments executed through structured sourcing and interview plans.
Compliance Support
Background verification, statutory onboarding, and payroll coordination aligned with Shops & Establishments Acts and applicable labour welfare rules.
Confidential Searches
Strict NDA-backed processes for leadership mandates, succession planning, and sensitive replacement hires.
Advisory Engagements
Talent assessments, salary benchmarking, and HR consulting deliverables backed by market data across Indian metros and tier-II cities.
Engagement Workflow
Requirement Confirmation
Assignments commence once scope, budgets, exclusivity, and replacement guarantees are confirmed through email or a signed mandate.
Search & Evaluation
Profiles are sourced, evaluated, and presented post verification of employment history, skill credentials, and CTC expectations.
Selection & Offer
Offer negotiation, background checks, and candidate engagement are coordinated jointly to ensure smooth onboarding.
Post-Joining Support
Replacement or retention support is offered as per the mutually agreed free replacement period and service warranty.
Client & Candidate Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, compensation details, and interview availability to avoid project delays.
- Candidate data shared with clients is to be used solely for the approved mandate; onward sharing or approaching the talent without consent breaches these terms.
- Offer letters, payroll, and statutory benefits are solely the client’s responsibility unless GA Talent Hunt has a signed contract staffing agreement.
- Any interviews or offers made directly must be communicated to GA Talent Hunt within 24 hours for coordination and audit purposes.
Fees, Invoices & Replacements
Our professional fee is calculated on the candidate’s annual fixed compensation or as per the contracted rate card. Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged on every invoice.
- Invoices fall due within 15 days of candidate joining unless alternate credit terms are documented.
- Free replacement is available for 60 days for middle management and 90 days for leadership mandates, subject to timely payment of invoices.
- Delayed payments attract 1.5% monthly interest and may pause ongoing searches until dues are cleared.
Compliance & Confidentiality
We uphold the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and follow RBI-mandated background verification norms for BFSI projects.
- All shared information is treated as confidential and protected by NDAs executed with our clients, associates, and technology partners.
- We may disclose information when required by law, court orders, or government notifications issued under the IT Act, 2000.
- International data transfers follow standard contractual clauses and obtain candidate consent wherever required.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
While we adopt stringent vetting, GA Talent Hunt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from hiring decisions made by clients. Our total liability will never exceed the professional fee paid for the respective assignment.
Any dispute will be governed by the laws of India, and courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
